BuildMac’s decision to work with Builders Academy was influenced by a trusted relationship: "Craig Glentworth, the current Workplace Apprenticeship Educator for Builders Academy in Napier, was one of our previous apprentice trainers. We strongly agreed with how Builders Academy was set up, so I jumped at the chance to work with them.”
The guaranteed on-site visits every six to eight weeks with Builders Academy are clearly boosting apprentices' progress, providing bosses with essential training support.
